2. Storage & Security All Phase 0 data is hosted on secure, encrypted servers located in Singapore. We utilize enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

3. Third-Party Disclosure Xiphos Labs does not sell, trade, or leak athlete performance data to third-party marketing entities or esports organizations without explicit, secondary consent. Our goal is to protect the athlete's career longevity and data privacy.
