Xiphos Labs collects "High-Fidelity Human Performance Data," including biometric telemetry (HRV, Grip Tension, Mechanical Latency). This data is used exclusively for the calibration of the Xiphos Trinity Ecosystem and the advancement of predictive ergonomic research.

All Phase 0 data is hosted on secure, encrypted servers located in Singapore. We utilize enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

3. Third-Party Disclosure
Xiphos Labs does not sell, trade, or leak athlete performance data to third-party marketing entities or esports organizations without explicit, secondary consent. Our goal is to protect the athlete's career longevity and data privacy.
